Good food but long delivery times

Delivery service waiting times are underground !! Food is delivered cold and is therefore no longer edible. It is the last time food is ordered there.

What happened to the old City Grill? 18:26: Ordered, we were informed a maximum of 60 minutes until delivery. 8:05 pm: Finally comb the food. Got the wrong food except for 2. What was right about food was cold. 20:10 approx. Called City Grill again, we were told that they would deliver the food again (that's why one more star), but it would take about 30 minutes to deliver. 21:10 New delivery of the food. However, the driver wanted to settle the meal again. He insisted on paying again for the meal until he called his boss. He wanted to take the old food back with him, whatever he got. Even if there is a lot more to do, the quality shouldn't suffer. It is better to specify games with open cards and realistic waiting times. For us it wasn't the first time that we had to wait much longer. But you like to give 2 chances. Unfortunately, it was the last time for us. A pity

A year better. Orders placed by phone to pick it up are incorrectly noted, so there is a surprise at home. Absolute chaos in the shop. Too bad, really good price.

Chicken was delicious, sausage strongly seasoned (a matter of taste) Staff (in this case probably the managing director) did not behave professionally, a shame.

Guest room was was freezing, so that the meal has cooled very quickly. Despite the cold, very bad indoor air. All my clothes now smells of grease. Small Dönerteller and cola together expensive than large portion of the lunch menu. It is not noted, but must pay afterwards despite smaller portion more. I'm disappointed.

Clean, nice and fresh but I miss the pep of the sauces .. Advantage you can order online and pay conveniently with PayPal.

Here you can eat well and cheaply. The man behind the counter was very friendly and the place is very well equipped and clean.
